Ordering and Important Notes
This item is custom. Custom products are not returnable - see our return policy for more information. Coupons do not apply to additional services such as custom artwork or setup fees.
Orders may incur a $35 processing fee if canceled after proofs are made.
Shipping Notice: Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your order via Standard Ground Shipping. Orders needed sooner may incur additional shipping charges.
Proofs: Cool Ink & Cool Ink HD do not include a proof. A proof is available for an additional charge. Steel & Glass include proof at no extra cost.
Important: Not all fixtures can use Cool Ink or Cool Ink HD gobos. Email gobos@proaal.com with any questions about fixture compatibility.
Duplicates: Steel & Glass duplicates are only available with the purchase of a steel or glass gobo. The duplicate will be the exact same art and size as the original gobo ordered.
Order Processing Hours: Gobo orders are processed Monday-Friday, 10am-1pm. Orders received after 1pm will not be processed until the next business day. Orders received after 1pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.
