Pro Audio & Lighting — Domestic & International Shipping
Pro Audio and Lighting ships most domestic packages through UPS. All international packages will be estimated through our shopping cart for U.S.P.S. shipping only.
Customers may request a shipping quote through an alternate carrier such as UPS after checking out by emailing orders@ProAAL.com. Such quotes will be billed separately and in most cases are more expensive due to carrier surcharges.
Heavy or oversized items will ship via a trucking company of our choice. We research the least expensive and most reliable transportation available to assist you in choosing a shipper.
Expedited shipping refers to the shipping method only. Packages may be delayed due to a number of factors including:
- Orders placed outside normal business hours
- Orders placed after the shipper's receiving hours
- Warehouse handling time
We cannot be responsible for delays caused by the shipper.
Shipping addresses must match either your credit card billing address or any alternate address registered for shipping with your credit card company.

The shipping charge that ProAAL.com collects only covers shipping — not duty or brokerage charges. We have no way to calculate those charges for the customer. Canadian customers must do their own research regarding these fees prior to ordering.
