Pricing and Product Specifications:
Prices and product specifications are subject to change without notice and may have typographical errors. The customer must assume the responsibility of asking Pro Audio & Lighting to verify selling prices and product specifications. Pro Audio & Lighting is not liable for costs or damages due to errors in product specifications. Special prices may be limited to certain merchandise and quantities in stock, and is subject to change at any time.
Pro Audio & Lighting retains the right to cancel any order and refund customer’s money due to any pricing error or similar error.
Unless a written cancellation is received, Pro Audio & Lighting. will assume merchandise is still wanted and will make shipments. Cancellations of any special ordered merchandise already in transit to us, or to the customer, will not be honored.
Pro Audio & Lighting makes every effort to provide quality images on our web site, but sometimes are limited to what is provided by the manufacturers. If you would like additional information about a product, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Pro Audio & Lighting itself gives no warranty, expressed or implied, including those relating to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All warranties are with the manufacturer.
In the case of order cancellation, refunds or merchandise credits will be made within 10 days of written request, only for cancelled and unshipped merchandise.
Installed service parts purchased from Pro Audio & Lighting are not returnable unless they are defective upon arrival. In addition, all defective parts returns are exchange only - no money will be refunded.
Purchases made with a credit card will be refunded to the original credit card used for the purchase. Local retail cash refund limit is $20.00. All purchases over $20.00 will be refunded via check made out to the original account holder. Check will be available for pickup within 10 days of product return.
At Pro Audio & Lighting your satisfaction is our top priority. Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt. If the original manufacturer's carton is unopened and undamaged, no restock fee will apply. If the package has been opened a minimum restocking charge of 25% will be charged. Used or damaged merchandise, missing accessories, or packaging will increase the restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses from and to us on returns, items originally sent via "free shipping", will be charged for the outgoing shipping on returns. Returns are not allowed on special-order/non-stock, custom goods, gobos, cartridges and styli, bulk cable, closeout, used or discontinued merchandise, tape, gel, lamps, books, opened software, opened ear/head-phones or opened microphones. All returns must have an RA-number on the package, please email email@example.com or call (586) 582-0871 for details.
Any merchandise returned to Pro Audio & Lighting must have an RA (Return Authorization) number attached. Without this number the package may be refused or not properly identified as to its origin and reason for being returned. Please call us for an RA number and have documentation such as the invoice or packing slip ready when you call. Make sure that all packing, accessories and manuals are returned to avoid additional restocking fees.
