The bench fee is applied toward the cost of the repair if you proceed. Due to the volume of repairs and to speed up the repair process, Pro Audio & Lighting assumes the customer has approved up to double the bench fee for the cost of the repair without additional authorization, unless otherwise noted by the customer.
