Price Guarantee

Due to manufacturer pricing restrictions, we cannot always display our lowest available pricing online. However, we may be able to match or beat a competitor’s advertised price if you contact us directly.

ProAAL.com works hard to offer the best pricing available on the products listed on our website. If you find a lower advertised price from an authorized dealer, we want to know. Email us at sales@proaal.com or call us at 800-357-8991 for assistance.

If you see a lower price advertised on another site, it may be from an unauthorized dealer or for a counterfeit item that does not include a manufacturer-supported warranty. When you purchase new items from ProAAL.com, unless otherwise stated in the listing, you can have peace of mind knowing you are purchasing from an authorized dealer and receiving the manufacturer’s warranty.

  1. We will not match pricing from unauthorized dealers.
  2. This offer does not apply to discontinued items.
  3. We cannot match prices that are not available for general public viewing, including buying clubs or members-only sites.
  4. The item must be an exact match in model and product edition. Used, B-stock, and reconditioned products do not apply.
  5. Free shipping may not be available with price-matched purchases.
  6. Your best option is to contact us to verify whether a product qualifies.

Coupons and Special Discounts

The following rules apply to all coupons and special discounts unless specific rules are stated in the coupon advertisement. When specific rules are stated, all rules listed here still apply unless they are specifically overridden by the advertised rules.

  • Limit one coupon or discount per customer or billing address.
  • Offers are not valid with gift certificates, package deals, previous purchases, out-of-stock items, special orders, already discounted items, special deals, or rain checks.
  • Due to pricing restrictions, coupons are not valid on Bose, custom karaoke discs, custom gobos, truss products, any item requiring freight shipping, already discounted items, or clearance items.
  • Free shipping is not valid with this discount offers. Due to shopping cart limitations, this restriction will be verified while your order is being processed. Shipping may be added back to your total if the order does not qualify. This restriction is subject to change on a per-coupon or per-discount basis.
  • Offers end on the advertised date. Extensions are at ProAAL’s discretion only.
  • We reserve the right to retract any coupon or discount before the expiration date.

Special Offers

The following rules apply to all special offers, including free items:

  • Only one of any free item is allowed per order. For example, if you order an item that comes with a free fog scent kit, you will not receive a second scent kit with the purchase of another item that also includes one.
  • Shipping applies to all special offer items.
  • Options cannot be selected with special offer items. Color, scent, size, or other options will be selected randomly or based on availability at the time of shipping.
  • ProAAL.com reserves the right to substitute or discontinue any special offer at its discretion.
