Proofs: Cool Ink & Cool Ink HD do not include a proof. A proof is available for an additional charge. Steel & Glass include proof at no extra cost.
Important: Not all fixtures can use Cool Ink or Cool Ink HD gobos. Email gobos@proaal.com with any questions about fixture compatibility.
Duplicates: Steel & Glass duplicates are only available with the purchase of a steel or glass gobo. The duplicate will be the exact same art and size as the original gobo ordered.
Shipping: Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your order via Standard Ground Shipping. Orders needed sooner may incur additional shipping charges.
Order Processing Hours: Gobo orders are processed Monday–Friday, 10am–1pm. Orders received after 1pm will not be processed until the next business day. Orders received after 1pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.
Due to the nature of custom gobos and the individual attention each order requires, we have no way of knowing in advance which orders will incur additional shipping charges or at what cost. We make every effort to minimize your costs — ordering gobos with enough lead time is the safest way to avoid additional shipping charges.
