ProX XT-BTBP36A BoltX™ Heavy-Duty Base Plate is designed for professional truss applications where added footprint, strength, and stability are essential. Built for demanding production environments, this 36" base plate is ideal for stage lighting, concerts, event production, trade show builds, installations, obstacle course structures, and other structural truss applications that require a secure and dependable foundation.
The XT-BTBP36A is engineered to work with ProX BoltX™ 12" and 16" bolted box truss systems and is also drilled to fit F34 truss patterns, giving it excellent flexibility across a wide range of professional setups. Its larger 36" format provides increased support surface, making it a strong choice for applications where additional stability and load distribution are important.
Constructed from a 1/2" aluminum plate welded to a raised 1" x 1.5" solid aluminum extrusion frame, this base plate delivers exceptional durability and rigidity while maintaining a clean professional finish. The raised frame design enhances structural reinforcement and is built to withstand repeated use in touring, rental, staging, and permanent installation environments.
For easier transport and positioning, the XT-BTBP36A includes four integrated hand holes for lifting and handling. It is also slotted and drilled for easy center or offset mounting, allowing greater flexibility during setup. Each base plate includes one set of four 5/8"-11 x 2.5" (NC) attachment bolts, nuts, flat washers, and lock washers for fast connection to compatible truss sections.
Manufactured with safety and quality in mind, the XT-BTBP36A is load tested and inspected during manufacturing and quality control. It is welded to TÜV standards using 6082-T6 alloy by GSI SLV-certified welders, reflecting ProX’s commitment to reliable performance and professional-grade workmanship.
Important: Always determine the total load weight of your structure and mounted equipment before use, and consult the appropriate loading chart for safe operation.
