Exterior Construction The ProX XS-LCD7090WX2 is built on a foundation of rugged 3/8" Gig-Ready Series plywood, giving the shell serious structural strength without unnecessary bulk. The exterior is finished in the Signature Honeycomb Digital™ laminate, a signature design inspired in 2009 by the pattern of New York City street manhole covers, which are engineered to take daily punishment. That same hexagon grid pattern covers all shell surfaces, creating a look that stands apart from standard laminated cases while also providing better resistance to minor scratches compared to ordinary laminate finishes.
Hardware and Security The case features ProX Heavy-Duty Steel Ball Corners with dual anchor rivets at every corner, giving the structure real reinforcement where impacts are most likely to occur. Industrial Recessed Butterfly Twist-Lock Latches keep the case sealed tight during transport and are padlock ready, so your gear stays secure even backstage or in transit on a truck. Recessed Spring-Action Rubber Grip Handles are built into the case body for a cleaner profile and better space utilization during loading and stacking.
Closure and Alignment The case uses an Easy Locking Fit Aluminum Tongue and Groove system along the lid and base seam, ensuring a precise, consistent fit every time you close the case.
Mobility Four 4" Heavy-Duty Rubber Caster Wheels are mounted to the base, four per unit, giving you full mobility across loading docks, stage floors, and venue surfaces. The locking caster wheels help secure stability when loading and unloading your screens. Adjustable Interior Fit The interior sidewall is adjustable to accommodate screens ranging from 70" up to 90", making this a true universal solution rather than a single-size specific case. High-Density EVA Foam Padding lines the interior to cushion and secure both screens in place, protecting against bumps, vibration, and incidental contact during transport. The foam holds each display firmly without relying on external strapping alone.
