At 30 feet wide and 30 feet tall, the ProX XTPGS3030LEDF35 gives production companies, event rental houses, and touring crews the structural real estate to fly a truly commanding LED video wall. This is the bigger sibling to the 20x23 configuration, built on the same proven platform but scaled to serve the demands of main stage environments, large format corporate events, and festival productions where the audience extends far and the screen needs to match.

The Ground Support Foundation At the base of the system are two XT-GSBMK3 Universal Vertical Tower Ground Support Bases. These wheeled units include integrated leveling jacks, making it practical to set up on uneven terrain without shimming or improvised solutions. The wheels allow you to roll the towers into position before locking down, which keeps load-in moving efficiently. Four sets of XT-GSOUTS3X2 Ground Support Outrigger Stabilizers attach to each tower base, extending horizontally along the ground with diagonal bracing running up to the vertical tower. This outrigger configuration creates a wide, low-profile stabilizing footprint at ground level that resists lateral forces. For outdoor productions where wind load is a real concern, this is the structural detail that matters most.

Hinge Joints and Sleeve Block Corners Two packs of XT-HINGEX4 conical tube male-to-male hinge joints connect the vertical tower sections and are compatible with F31, F32, and F34 truss formats. Two XT-BLOCK-MK2 four-way sleeve block corners tie the vertical towers and horizontal top bar together at the critical load transition points where the system changes direction from vertical to horizontal.

Top Sections and Chain Hoist Interface Two XT-TOPCM top truss sections sit at the peak of each tower. These are the interface points between the structure and the chain hoist system, rated for electric motor or manual chain hoist loads up to 4 tons. The 1-ton manual chain hoists included with this package each carry 30 feet (9 meters) of chain, giving you the working height range to raise the assembled horizontal truss and video wall to your required position.

F34 Square Truss Construction The truss segments throughout this system are manufactured from EN-AWT6 6082 aluminum alloy, the same high-strength material used throughout professional staging applications worldwide. Each segment in the horizontal fly bar has an 11.42-inch by 11.42-inch cross section with 2-inch main tubes at 2mm wall thickness and 0.75-inch brace tubes.

F35 Compatibility The ProX F35 system is a compatible center piece for the unit, and adds a fifth central tube, allowing LED panels to hang directly from the center of the structure—improving balance, safety, and efficiency. While standard F34 box truss is excellent for general lighting and scenic applications, LED video walls introduce front-loaded and centralized weight that benefits from a dedicated hang point.   ProX F35

TUV Certified Welding Every truss component in this package carries TUV certified welding. TUV is an independent, third-party certification body and a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) that verifies safety and quality against internationally recognized standards. This is not self-certification. When this system is overhead and carrying the load of a large video wall at a live production, that distinction matters.

Industry-Standard F34 Compatibility The conical connector system used throughout this package follows industry-standard F34 dimensions. That means these segments are compatible with many other manufacturers' F34 truss products, giving you the ability to expand or integrate with existing inventory you may already own.

Manufactured In-House ProX manufactures this truss line in its own factory. That means direct control over material selection, welding quality, and dimensional tolerances from start to finish, with no outsourcing of the processes that determine whether a truss system performs or fails.

Safety Notice Always verify your total load weight before assembly and use. ProX publishes a Truss Loading Chart available for download on the ProX website. This system must be installed and verified by a qualified professional rigger. Ballast and guy wire assemblies must be installed per engineering drawings to meet certification requirements. Improper installation can result in serious injury or equipment damage. ProX is not responsible for damages caused by misuse or improper installation.

Important Ballast Note Ballast is NOT included with this package. Users must consult a qualified engineer or production professional to determine the appropriate ballast weight required for their specific LED panel configuration, height, and environmental conditions. For maximum safety and structural security, ProX recommends using ballast weight equal to the total installed LED panel weight. Acceptable ballast solutions may include sandbags or steel ballast weights depending on venue requirements, load calculations, and local safety regulations.
