1Contact Information
2Event Details
The following two fields are for our on-site contact at your event. This is very important — please provide accurate information.
3Sound Needs
The Hawk provides a house sound system. If you choose not to use it, please explain your audio setup in detail below.
We will provide the necessary cables to connect to The Hawk's house sound system. Any additional cable requirements must be discussed in advance — additional charges may apply.
Client is responsible for running their audio source. The tech on site is there to hook up and assist, but is not responsible for operating the client's source.
The client is responsible for running all content. Any other arrangement must be discussed in the days leading up to the event. Additional techs are available for an additional cost but must be arranged before the day of the event, subject to tech availability.
4Lighting Needs
The Hawk provides house and basic theatrical lighting at no charge. Simple lighting cues with house lights and Hawk theater lights are included at no extra charge. More advanced light shows will require an additional tech — fee TBD.
5Video Needs
The Hawk provides 1 overhead video projector with drop-down screen and 1 HDMI input to connect your video source. The client is responsible for running their video source.
6Other
Client is responsible for arranging with The Hawk the use of risers/platforms for any performances. ProAAL tech is not responsible for providing or setting up risers/platforms.
Please Note: The ProAAL tech is on site to assist with setup, tear down, and basic audio, video, and lighting needs. The ProAAL tech is responsible for the audio mix and monitor mix. Anything beyond the basics will need to be discussed in advance — additional charges may apply.
